Pictures for possible installation of High EFF HVAC & Beam Modifications

Beam for Front Porch Modifications; pictures for reference:

HVAC Modifications:

Here are some pictures of the house to help assess where the devices would go:

Preference to put the HVAC above the window, and not the mantle, where I could have a TV:

Hallway out of the Master, leading down to the two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a laundry room:

Here is part of the hallway (the to portion) going up to and coming down from the third floor.

Below is the main floor:

A potential spot to put the HVAC:

Supposedly the preferred area to put the device, high above the mantle on the wall:

Looking towards the living room from the kitchen:

With the locations inside somewhat scoped out, both of them are on the same side of the exterior wall. The exhaust vents for the gas fireplaces are the locations (main floor right around where the exhaust manifold is, and top floor probably just above the window to the right of the exhaust manifold):

The exterior equipment would most likely be place on or near the flat landing below:

Wrap UP!

I think this should do it for the blog. There are always a few small things to complete. However, here are the few remaining essential pictures that illustrate the house as it is now.

BBQ

Downstairs Bathroom

Downstairs Bedroom (can't see closet)

Downstairs area

Example of upstairs room (two look identical to each other, just flipped)

Upstairs washer and dryer room

First thing to go into the main living area was a pool table. Useful.

My first garden. It worked real well this year; lots of bounty. Good location for growing.

My father constructed a wood screen built on top of the pony wall. I blocks he view of the three garbage/recycle/yard waste cans from the street. Very nice.

Recently graveled the driveway from the main T in the alley to the end of the alley, east side. After my dad and I raked it out, it rained the next day. It appears, even with heavy downpour, to handle well. Hopefully this will keep dust down next year.

Probably will put up some pictures of the outside (with the new landscape lights), as well as other rooms with the new furniture, in a short amount of time.

Stained decks

The decks have been stained - still setting up.
