Catch Basin, Drainage, and Basement Radiant Heating Pipes

Weather has been wet, windy, and chilly, but work has been done. The catch basin has been installed (or placed) near the edge of the property, near the hookup, and pipe has been laid for it leading back to the foundation. Some other pipe is laying around (I have no idea for what, but it's probably just ignorance on my part).

The tubing has been laid for the radiant heating in the basement living area. All that is left is for the pouring of the slab over it.

The machinery is overflowing on the small lot. The big backhoe is still there from demolition to be used for back fill for the basement, and there is some new equipment (a small backhoe and a little walking bobcat).

Concrete Wait

Waiting for concrete to finish the slab...radiant tubing is laid down along mesh and insulation board. Framing should start soon, I hope.

Continuing Foundation Work

Now workers are filling in the base with pea gravel and applying a rubber cement type product with a plastic sheath to protect the walls from water. Still waiting for the drainage paipes on the outside to be done, as well as a few other things (gas line hookup, plumbing, and radient plumbing).
